BREAKTHROUGH Weight Loss is a program inspired by weight loss from the "inside-out!. BREAKTHROUGH Weight Loss founder Leanna Martens was a top level fitness competitor for 4 years and herself went through extreme diets and training regimes in her quest for number 1.

As a result of that mindset, Leanna ended up bulemic within a year of competing.  The National Eating Disorder Center states that the majority of disordered eating patterns which are typified by a loss of control around food and binge eating, begin after a period of dieting.  This is exactly what Leanna experienced.

Through her healing journey and observation of hundrends of clients in varying forms of weight loss and body image struggles, Leanna began to notice a pattern.  Just as the National Eating Disorder Center states through their research, dieting is actually "creating" the phenominon of obesity and weight struggles.

 This pattern that has been observed has been the template from which BREAKTHROUGH was created. Leanna has dedicated herself to breaking down the process of Yo-Yo dieting, and recreating a system to reproduce permenant weightloss.

Through years of PT training experience and education, as well as extensive training with Erickson College International in Advanced Human Change Technologies, Leanna has synthesized all this into the revolutionary program BREAKTHROUGH WEIGHT LOSS COACHING!
